Okay. Feeling a little bit better, which might have something to do with seeing Harry Potter 7 (pt 2!) and also having gone shopping and got some needed new things. Like a lovely new showerhead with massage setting. <3
Also I am munching chocolate right now, which will not help me sleep but I don't give a damn at the moment.
Plan for now is to keep working on trying to get enough sleep (ha ha) and force myself to just. Keep moving? Getting out of bed when my alarm goes off, and not just to shut the alarm off and then go back to sleep, but actually to do stuff.
Watch tv shows I haven't, play my games (still haven't finished Epic Mickey or Zelda:Twilight Princess) or read books, something.
For the purposes of motivating/trying to keep myself honest with this, I will also try and make at least one post a day, about whatever media I have consumed.
About to watch the season 3 finale of Leverage before I go to sleep now, and then I can start season 4 when I wake up.
I don't even know. It has taken so long to get to this point that it's a relief that it's over.
I liked it! I had some problems with things they changed, and some things I liked. Like Harry being able to 'hear' the Horcruxs. That makes so much more sense than them scrambling around looking for them. Also I liked seeing Hermione destroy the cup. That is a scene that needed to be in the book!
Didn't like Rowena wanting to destroy the diadem.
Didn't like the way they changed Neville's last stand. I think they were trying to make it more dramatic, but they failed. And I wanted so much to see him destroy the snake, in front of bloody everybody!
And to hear Harry defend Snape, also in front of bloody everybody.
This is making me want to reread the books. XD
I liked Aberforth though! He seemed very cool, def. the guy that Albus himself said in some ways was a better person. I wanted to slap Harry for not listening to the story about Ariana. That really was awful.
But I was thrilled seeing Neville climb out of the portrait, and the bit they threw in with him looking to confess his feelings to Luna. With all due thanks for the world, screw you Rowling, I will continue sailing the good ship Neville/Luna. :P
And for all I cringed at seeing the epilog, I still kind of love poor little Albus Severus. Choose Slytherin, kid!
Even if that horrible name still makes my brain break. I mean good lord what is that, an attempt at revenge on both of them?
Also Hermione as fail!Bellatrix. And the breakout at Gringotts! That really was glorious. Every story ever should include escapes on the backs of enraged dragons! :D
...oh good grief, I just pictured the Leverage crew doing that escape. Parker is the only person having fun with it, though. XD
Seriously past time for sleepings. >.>
