So. I got sent home today by the bitch at work, because of a customer complaint. She was threatening me with being fired again too, and once again I get to find out what else she thinks come Friday. After she's 'watched the tape' to see how I was behaving.
H. who is another member of management, although below the bitch, says she doesn't think she can just fire me like that. They're going to try keeping me off register 18 for a bit, too, see if that doesn't 'help my attitude.'
It's just - it is so fucking unfair the way she acts, and she's like this about everyone, but I knew she was looking for something to jump on my case about since I turned her nasty little off the clock conversation on her.
And what I need is to find another job. I'm not the only one thinking about ditching Wal-Mart either, this is being said all over the place apparently. What I'd really love to see is the store half-staffed in the middle of the Christmas rush. Because part of the reason she has this stick up her ass is the fact that everything that goes on in the store reflects on her - or so she feels. What she doesn't seem to understand is she keeps catching because I'm not the only one who has complained about the way she treats her people.
Still. I'm going to try to hang on at least until we get our bonuses (if we get anything). I need to find out when that is.
