Dear Trick or Treat creator,
Hello and Happy Halloween! I'm looking forward to seeing whatever you make, and hope you have a lot of fun.
The DNWS are generally the same every year, no bathroom stuff, vore, non-con or any real world politics. Don't see how that last could be relevant, but this year you never know.
General likes are always: aus, canon divergence, missing scenes. Found families and world building are lovely.
Lastly, I do have some prompts that are shorter than others, and that does not mean I'd like them any less that the wordier ones - just that I'm able to express things better on those. I will be thrilled with any of these fandoms, promise!
Fandom specifics under the cut!
Breath of Fire IIII'm always interested in happy endings for my boys - maybe something where they manage to find each other after the fire? Or playing pranks on the villagers! Or some other run in with a ghost, given that they're canonical. (Although that might just be that the McNeils were that much of assholes that they can't properly pass on.)
Books of the Raksura - Martha Wells I love my shapeshifters, and their creepy origin story! Honestly though, I feel like the Arbora side of that lineage is creepier, because who gets invaded by people-eating shapeshifters and thinks 'oooh, breeding stock!' ?! I mean really?! I adore Chime, but would also welcome stories of stuff Stone has seen, because he has most certainly Seen Things. Or any story, I am not picky about the Three Worlds.
Frozen Au where Elsa went dark side? Au where Anna does! Or what if Aduna had confessed where she was from sooner and they'd gone to the forest when the girls were little? Or just a silly spooky story being told to Olaf, Marshmallow and friends - or by Olaf to Marshmallow and the snowgies, because Olaf proved that he can be surprisingly creepy in the last one. I did not go into that movie expecting Olaf to creep me out but damn. XD
Breath of Fire IV Really this one is already a horror story, and I know I said that already but imagine. Being Mami. And the end result of that. I mean, is any part of her aware of what's happened? The hex cannon is awful and, well okay, everything Yuna did was awful and I wish we'd gotten to kill him. That is perhaps a request for another year.
Alternately, Ryu. And all the party are welcome, in whatever combination you'd like! Got to be strange to be that kid, before the getting merged back together or after.
Pokemon (Main Games) Anything! Sweet fluffy stories about a Frillish making friends with a Pallosand! Spooky stories about unexpectedly vicious Furretses! Bar my DNWs I honestly can't think of anything I wouldn't enjoy in this fandom, go nuts.
The Hobbit Movies - Peter Jackson I mean honestly, this is already an au of the books. But it is a pretty, pretty au! And I am utterly shameless about shipping Bard and Thranduil. Do the elves celebrate anything like Halloween/a fall festival? Does Laketown! Do the dwarves want them to knock off their ridiculous parties, we can hear you in the mountain you jerks! (Also feel free to ignore any death(s) you might feel like, I am perfectly fine with that.)
Gravity Falls Yeah this series was made for Trick or Treat. There is So Much! All the side characters that would make wonderful mains in their own stories! All the main characters I'd never get tired of hearing more about - well maybe not Gideon, kind of still want to punch him - but. You know, even him. XD Tell me a spooky thing! Give me another journal entry, or something Falls-ish following the twins home, or even how Waddles deals with being a city pig. ...did Mabel tell their parents she was bringing home Waddles? Go nuts!
