Also, I have (due to combination of the Sorting Hat's new song and a random comment from Millie which I think was intended as a joke, darn you Shusu!) the wierdest thoughts running through my head about the Sorting Hat itself, its purpose and how it might be going about that.... Had these things running through my head all last night at work, and I have a rough draft, but I want to be sure i'm putting things right before I lj it. Nevermind i'm not sure if I should put it on my own or the rp or... hmm. Probably the Otop journal would be best. *is biting lip*
Random funny- some guys from UPS came through my line at work on the 5th, and were being snarky about the self-checkout registers and what they should say, as opposed to what they do.
This made me happy. ^_^ Got to love customers saying the same sort of thing all the cashiers joke about to each other.
"Step away from the self-checkout! You are not meant to operate this machine!"
"Can you not hear my instructions, or do you just not understand them?" etc *g*
