I have been trying to fight off the insomnia brought on my little monthly 'firend', and by friend I mean the sort of friend you'd turn over to a lynch mob if only they would show up looking. >:P

Today I decided, screw it, I'm going to be up anyway. I will clean things, and cook, and it will be good!

Um. I call it: World's Ugliest Chessecake.



It actually tastes all right though? It has blueberries! ...I think I just used too small a dish to bake it in.

*peers up* yeah, that bad boy looks like it needed a hotel pan or half-pan (rectangular 9x13"? stainless steel or nonstick if you're so inclined, and bob's your uncle!)Ugly doesn't matter if it's going to be eaten, really--it is the taste that counts! 'n berries!^^
(and really, how many people have uncles named Bob, and double-take at that line? someone should write about Uncle Bob...it could even be that Bob fella from the 'male enhancement product' commercials--you notice they always show those in pairs?^^)
