OMG.
First may I say that I am pleased with myself for reminding my boss-types (the nice ones, not the assholes) that today was a new release day. Thus I ensured that several people were able to get their games at midnight with very little waiting. ^_^
I had to wait until lunch. :P
And so it began: my first Pokemon journey in the Unova Region. EXCITEMENTS AWAIT
Hi Professor Juniper, first lady professor ever! Tell me about how awesome Pokemon are like I don't already know! :D
Hrrrm. For Black, I will be a boy. When I start White, a girl!
This boy is named Braig. And his first Pokemon will be named Xigbar. >>
Okay, so the best friends are a boy bent on becoming Champion and a girl who's a bit ditzy. :p
Dude! XD They had a Pokemon battle in his room and wrecked it! What is wrong with you kids?! XD
And now we leave the house for the first time and - it's night! My Pokemon journey begins with a flock of batpigs! What, we didn't have the guidebook yet. I have no idea what they are except those fluffy sheepbatpigs. Seriously, it's like a sheep with no legs, bat wings and a pig snout. And a flock of them went past as I came out. This seems... ominous. >:D
La dee da, going on Route 1 gettin' my first caught Pokemons : Patrat - a sort of gopher and Lllipup - a sort of incredibly cute fluffy puppy. You watch, that thing's going to grow up mean. >>
So we get to the next town and our first Pokemon center, with the lovely familiar music and we're all done with our intros! yay! Now go away Professor Lady, pester me later. As I'm sure you will!
Oh, a commotion? Clearly we must all rubberneck, quickly now! :D?
..ooookay. I have seen the enemy, and they are batshit insane. No, seriously, we have a crazy people cult here. I mean, sure I read something to this effect in the previews and all but. That was honestly creepy, in a lovely psychotic way. Apparently, we lazy mean humans are keeping Pokemon from reaching their full potential, and we should 'liberate' them all.
Buddy, I'd like to see you try liberating Pikachu from Ash. ;)
Or my Fluff from Seto. *huggles her Heartgold team*
Aaand my rival is nuts too! wtf is in the water in this region?! Apparently my Pokemon was talking to him? Although I laughed a little when, after the battle, he says "I never thought a Pokemon would say such things!"
I guess little Xigbar has a mouth on him! *smug* *snugs the adorable Snivy*
Also also, the minute I saw rival's Pokemon I flipped. Absolutely adorable little cat. "I want one!" I thought, and then on Route 2 I caught one! :D
Team now consists of : Xigbar the Snivy, Patrat, Lillipup and Purrloin. Grass, Normal, Normal, Dark. Guys, are we ready for a Gym Battle? I don't think so. We need moar trainings!
And while I am going about training, have I mentioned how adorable they are? They're animated now! Snivys as a species apparently have an attitude, as the animation is: I will cross my arms and tap my feet, are you moving trainer! I may be stuck in a pokeball, but you'd better believe I haven't got all day!
Lillipup bounces around, and Patrat is blinking alot, and waving its little tail, Purrloin's tail moves and it makes a little begging motion with its paws. ...note that Purrloin's description says basically it's a thief, but so freaking adorable nobody can hold it against them. *snort*
OH. There's a Dreamyard, connected to Striaton City! With new Pokemon in, yay here we go!
Dammit, Trainers, stop getting in my way. :P Eh, it is training for the team anyway.
:O A girl in the Dreamyard just *gave* me a Panpour. Not even a trade, just. Gave me a Water-type, ahahaha I'm all set against Fire types that might scorch my Snivy. Thank you very much, strange girl! (and thoughtful game designers <3 ) It's a blue monkey!
Awww, and that's it for Dreamyard for now. Everywhere else is blocked off and I need Cut.
Weeeell. 5 guys now, and we have levelled a bit. I'll save and take a stab at the Gym! :D
So now I'm hunting for the Gym Leader. Because apparently Gym Leaders everywhere have trouble staying in the damn Gym! And while looking, random guy in a house gave me a Great Ball. ...there is seriously something in the water in this region. XD
Wow. The Gym is, in fact, a resturant. The waitstaff are also the Trainers! eeeee
Oh, that is sick. A trio based on the starter types, and the one you face is always the rock to your scissors. Now I see why the Dreamyard gift Pokemon.

Aha! and Professor Juniper's friend, Fennel the scientist, just gave me Cut! Bye lady, gotta go, Dreamyard! :D oh she wants me to go there. Alrighty then!
HEY! Psychos just showed up! Stop bothering that dream-making Pokemon, dammit! D:< Sick little fucks attacking the poor floaty thing so they can manipulate people into releasing their Pokemon. And now they're going to 'liberate' by which they actually mean steal, me and Bianca's Pokemon.

Ooookay. I like this dream-making Pokemon! The evolved form showed up and scared the little monsters off itself, by mimicking their creepy psycho boss. <3
A wild Munna appears! omgosh *crossing fingers* Erm. And speaking of evil, I just named my shiny new Dream Eater Pokemon - Zexion.
Because clearly, a floaty flying pink thing suits him. On account of sheer creepy! Nothing was said about it eating dreams when she sent me after this! >>
And on that note, sleeping. *has mentally instructed Xigbar to watch the new guy so he doesn't eat any of the team's dreams or anything. what.*

*squish* I'm just about to restart Emerald; Everett, the LeafGreen trainer, will become the new Archival (and the Colosseum XD kid, August, will help out once I *cough* finish that game!)

No, the Gyms are the usual everyone knows where it is - although apparently in Unova they are big on Gyms having 2 purposes, since the one was a functioning resturant and this next I'm working on is a museum. Like Pewter City's, but the Gym is in the back past a library! :D
It was the Gym Leader who'd taken a stroll. :p
I need to work on Emerald somemore. I'm just not that into the Hoenn region I guess. Unova, on the other hand, I would gladly move to. ♥
