*holds up cabinet* << Not really, but... ^^
And I only put four pieces on wrong, resulting in my having to totally remove them. >.< The first two I didn't feel so bad about, but the second? Suffice to say they were clearly shown on the box which was right next to me, and I am an idiot for not seeing it.
Still, this is my 3rd piece of succesfully assembled furniture! :D
I am neglecting NaNo shamefully. *is ashamed*
And yet, this I must share, as it is possibly the funniest thing that has ever happened in my headspace. Making an office for the sole purpose of trying to make myself more intimidating (ha, I'm 5'2", there's no way) I try to re-establish some order in the NaNo characters.
Aidan and Raphael show up; Raphael looks annoyed, while Aidan looks slightly guilty.
"Okay, you two: Aidan, will you please stop trying to get me to write down every fairy tale, poem, etc, that you have ever read in your life? I mean, yes they're interesting, but I'm trying to do NaNoWriMo here! Not write your entire library! And Raphael, i'm not writing down all the biographies you've ever read either!"
Raphael: "But you are writing down his fairy tales! I've seen you at it!"
*guilty* "But they're interesting, and some of them are actually historical because of the magic and-" *recalls that she is the writer, here* "Besides which, do you see that?" *points behind them*
* a remarkably fat bunny is sitting on a reclining chair, munching away at lettuce*
Raphael and Aidan exchange a confused glance before turning back to the writer. Raphael: "I believe that is a plot-bunny? Is is what they're called. We were one of those once, yes? But what does it have to do with-" *stops as it begins to dawn on him* Aidan stares at him, wondering what's happening.
"Oh, you get it alright. That is, or will be, Dr. Connor. Remember? The one you admire so much, who made that collection of stories of the terraformers who were on Mars when its second 'moon' was captured? The one whose book occupies a treasured place on your bookshelf back home?!" >:O
Raphael: "You mean I'll eventually get to meet him?" *gives the closest thing to an idiotic grin that he can pull*
Meanwhile, Aidan finally seems to understand what has happened. Sort of. "You mean, he's a Daddy?"
Myself and Raphael: O.O; Aidan: *hopeful* *-*
"Uhhh... yeah, I guess sort of..."
Aidan: *promptly glomps his partner* "You're a Daddy! I'm so proud of you!" ^_^
And we shall fade to black on the image of me with head down on the desk, LMAO! Because really, what else could I do? XD
And, of course: So I knew I didn't need to stay up, but I figured I would at least check to see f I could now reach Neverland. *looks over her shoulder at the character waiting eagerly to see people fly*
After all, I promised. *nods* O.o
But nooo. No, we get swallowed by a giant whale! Stupid Monstro!
*hyperventilates* flashback-Riku-Sora-omg so cute! Cuuutttieees! *_*
Pinocchio is so stupid! Stupid puppet! >:/ What are you going away for, make Gephetto worry about you and- - - ;_; Riku!;_;
;_; Riku!-But- >:O And after Sora just had a lovely flashback about you! RIKU! ;_;
No, so sorry Aidan, must sleep. We will hunt Riku down tomorrow and maybe then we will find Neverland. ...waaait...
