(no subject)

So many things I have meant to make little updates on, like that it spring despite what the calender and the suddenly-cold-again weather say, because there is this vine with little yellow flowers? Which I have never learned the proper name for?

But they are blooming, and other assorted flowers, and therefore it is spring! ^^

And I meant to get online and say this yesterday.

Only to discover my modem had died. x.x

At first I thought perhaps a phone bill hadn't been paid? But I checked everything, and nothing happened, and when my Dad, who is the technology guru of our family, came home, he confirmed my diagnosis.

But! I had intended to get a new computer anyways, and this just got me moving? ...it got me staying up until 11 in the morning, going to the bank and then to work to buy a new computer. And I felt a little bad because I wasn't being a good consumer? Like I should've shopped around more or something and maybe even though this is one Dad pointed out, maybe it wouldn't be a good idea?

My Dad is jealous of my computer, instead of the other way around. ^_^; But I will be nice and share the toy, he can play with it when I'm not at home... XD

And now it is telling me I must shut down to properly install the zip drive... I shall return!

And then I'll actually have coffee... :D
