So it turns out you can watch theater mode in KH3 without having finished the game, each cutscene as you've seen it. :o

Must not spend all my time rewatching villain apperances )

Okay. I now have food and plenty of time to have a meltdown if I'm going to see the characters I think I shall. Onward!

Twilight Town needs exploring )

And we continue!

After I spent entirely too much time waiting to buy a wireless controller, only to discover when I got home that the controller I already have is, in fact, wireless. x.x So that'll be returned tomorrow.

On the subject of Xigbar )

Finally, finally, finally! :D I have my copy of Kingdom Hearts III and so exicted! :D :D :D

Everything hereafter will be spoilery, so beware the cut tag! In every series there is a villain )

More tomorrow, and I am not sorry for the spam, for it is all safely hidden. >:D

...I badly need new icons also.

Also I have just remembered that I never squee'd over my Yuletide gifts. Or my kh_drabble one(s)!

*hangs head in shame*

I got these lovely Yuletide presents, one full length and one madness:

I Believe In Summer Days A Nightwatch fic (the book by Sean Stewart) about Wire and Rain and their growing up. It is also a perfect crossover with the same fandom as my treat, below. But eeeee Wire. I love Wire, she is so practical and yet as capable of being overly emotional and taking risks and making mistakes as anyone. And Rain! And the way the Forest is this living, breathing presence throughout. <333

Story for a Winter's Night Winter Song by Sara Bareilles. This is so tiny and warm and sweet! And little things kept making me laugh, like their middle names. The best middle names!

And in the land of Kingdom Hearts! A three drabble set from stillskies - warning for Dream Drop Distance spoilers. Beware the delicious spoilers! :9

Xemnas, Xigbar andXaldin Character studies of three of my favorite villains. And I cannot squee properly because spoiley, but eeeee. :D

ETA: is anyone having trouble crossposting to lj? It keeps telling me I have the wrong password.

So, been having a spasm of stupid hormone induced down, not really making any progress. Except in petting the stuffing out of my dreameaters. Back to it,though! :)

continuing adventures in squee )

I really need a new Kingdom Hearts icon.

Spoiler alert - we are now approaching HOLY FUCKING COW levels of squee, and I've hardly started, and there will be ALL THE SPOILERS. Also possibly none of the proper capitalization unless it's names, I am sleepy and only been proper outside of the spoiler cut. ;)

You have been warned! >:D

SQUEEEEE )

Sleepy and tired and frustrated with my computer - the ram has been corrupted and it's running on super-low memory and things crash without warning. >.<

But hopefully I only have 3 more days to deal with this - paycheck coming up, and I'm pretty sure if I can't cover it out of that I'll take more out of savings anyway. This is fairly horrible, and has me worried about Yuletide and the kh_drabble exchange. -.-

I just. Suddenly feel the need to rant, since I keep seeing this horrible thing where people reference the scene in which Lexaeus comes up with the idea to use Riku to counter Sora, and credit Zexion for the idea.

*hissss* Lexaeus's idea, dammit! Just because he did not say it, just because he trailed off and let Zexion follow his lead, does not mean Zexion thought of it! (Assume multiple exclamation marks here.)

Also, while I am on the subject and rather having fun venting (it may seem that I am angry here, but more amused outrage) Zexion isn't as smart as people think he is! Ooooh, he's intellectual. You have to give him that. But it's book smart and people dumb to a certain extent, most obvious in the scene where he decides that the thing to do is stick Vexen with the job of dealing with Marluxia.

Oh yes. Let's take the most volatile personality of our little trio and give him the politically sensitive job of dealing with someone whom he hates with a loathing almost beyond even our wordy mcword powers to describe! It'll be sadistically hilarious, which is just what we need when we're busy trying to figure out what's going on and stay alive! :D

Stupid stupid stupid, I don't care how intelligently he phrased it! >.<

I don't know, to me it seems painfully obvious that Even had entirely too much to do with raising Ienzo. It's the way they both look at people, including each other, as lab rats to be experimented on. :P

So my week was the usual blah. Finished a few things, but mostly it's like my life grinds to a standstill while I'm working. I'm pretty sure the problem is lack of sleep, though. I really have to work on that.

Meanwhile, in the realm of having fun! This is my past few days of playing Re:Coded, at work during lunch and breaks.

Re:Coded )

...I need to update my icons. Why do I not have tobi icon here?! Will fix it later.

You might have been expecting that my next post would be something about Epic Mickey, now that Yuletide and all are done. And you should be correct@ Because I miss that game and I want to make more progress. But this post is not that post!

This post contains the following:

One (1) brief accounting of my trip to St. Vincent's: I left almost an hour early and was still late because of my amazing ability to get lost, here in my hometown. :P Seriously, I ended up across the river somehow. At Baptist hospital. Also found the MOSH downtown! But ended up nearly getting in a wreck, because blind intersections without traffic lights are a brilliant idea right?! And then I stopped for directions.

When it turned out I was a couple of blocks away. *hangs head*

One (1) summary of the results of the testing: I have no nerve damage! So whatever might be wrong with me ( I have a little bit of hypochrondria courtesy of growing up with Dad who is kind of raging in that department) nerve damage is definitely not it! And I think I will just work more on exercise and see if that doesn't help with anything. >>

But no nerve damage yay! :D (No, seriously, I went into this appointment certain that the next thing would be like. Some kind of surgery on my elbows. See above. )

*has been munching a delicious brownie in celebration, not that anyone could tell sugar is the chief motivator of this post, followed closely by sleep-deprivation!* \o/

And finally, one (1) announcement that the cover for Kingdom Hearts Re:Coded is disco-fabulous. I don't even know how to describe this, the picture does not do justice to the fact that all the hearts and crowns and Nobody symbols are metallic and that pattern of dots? Is shimmery gleaming freaking disco lights! Like there's a giant disco ball behind you as you look at it and I swear I picked it up and this popped into my head.

And it won't stop, so. If I have freaky dreams about the KH game in an intergalactic disco, the blame lies solely with the person who thought up this cover.

So I got behind on drabblevember again, and started working to catch up. Which ended up with me getting crazy ambitious, and deciding to do two sets of characters, for my favorite worlds in Birth by Sleep. Two were written yesterday, and the rest today.

I am now several days ahead, but still planning to stick to the schedule of 1 per day. ^_^

And I present!
