Jun. 26th, 2004 10:18 amOkay.
So I believe we have covered the whole my being an insane fangirl sometime before this, yes? But fair warning and all -
I believe there are textbooks that describe this? I have moved from ;_; to >:O (last night, during work) and am now at a fuming >:/
I want the sob who killed Pansy (and quite probably Lisa as well) dead. I would also like an explanation of why he would even kill Pansy extracted from him via torture, before the killing bit.
Because I can understand a Death Eater having killed Lisa. She was Muggleborn. That's all the little - okay cutting myself off from what would be a string of pointless obscenities, here. But. It makes sense.
There was no reason to kill Pansy - or at least, to kill just Pansy and not Draco as well. What. The Hell?! >:/
Also, I am afraid Sirius is going to do something stupid like chase off after Wormtail, or even just neglect Harry in his own grief... I don't know. I just can't see him coping well with this.
Anyone who has read NA more recently than about 9:00, 6/25 should bear in mind that I haven't read since then - I had to go to work. And we all now work sucks, so I will just end there.
Except of course for the up-coming Note 1.Seto's first reaction is usually honest and free of De Nile. If he is thinking. It's when he opens his mouth that De Nile kicks in full force. Examples - in Seto's head: "Wheeler actually did well. He might just barely belong here."
-out of his mouth, to Yugi : "Wheeler was a loser and got what he deserved.
-in his head, back when he first read the Egyptian text on Marik's card : "Ahhhhhh! I can read ancient Egyptian writing! O.O It might actually be true, what Ishizu said! O.O;;; Nooo!"
-out of his mouth, when we finally get to a point he needs to say something about it : "My computer translated it."
Here we may happily insert the sound of crickets shirping, and watch as Seto glares and the rest of the cast falls out laughing.
Note 2. To have the Pharoah accusing him of allying with 'the dark one', well... Two scenarios, there. Either Seto did ally with him with the intention of using it, as 'the dark one' not doubt intended to use him -or- he was really really opportunistic. 'Aha! The Kingdom is being destroyed by The Dark One! Now is the perfect time to challenge the Pharoah!' ... <<;; Somehow I do not think so.
Note 3. If Evil!Marik is 'the dark one' ...why doesn't he seem aware of that? ...I mean, you'd think he'd be a little more concerned about Seto and the Rod, if it is #2 and Seto undermined him before...
But then, there's something I've suspected since we got the flashback of the first apperance of Evil!Marik when he was little. And that is that dear little Marik is just plain schizophrenic. Wheee!
