Hmmm. Hey, Neville, wanna trade partners? ;p

Strange, strange dream last night. PotC, but for some reason *coughpossibly-the-little-in-jokecough* the pirates had Ariel from the Little Mermaid, as well as Elizabeth. And of course the two girls were co-operating in foiling the pirates and they ended up going underwater (Ariel helped Liz breath down there somehow?) and there was this beautiful image of the girls underwater in a cove. And the ship's right above them and Liz is panicking a bit, but Ariel's saying something like 'Wait for it...' It turns out to be some kind of a sea-serpent, which up and half-wrecks the Pearl. << Jack is not gonna be happy about that. XD

There were all these other scattered scenes, as apparently there was also some sort of a port town built around some cliffs not far from the lagoon, and I kept seeing various people and thier reactions; most of which were going on with daily life, but a few 'Hey, some idiot tried to sail in without permission, let's watch!' For some reason, I was also in the village, in a room that could have been my own room, except mine does not have stone walls, and I was very, very involved in a search for a pair of socks without holes in them. <<;; Don't ask me, because I don't know. I tried to make my dream self go and see the pirates, but all she did was look out the window and then go back to the sock-hunt. O.o

So I get up and pull off yesterday's calender page, and for September first we have Professor Snape. And I laughed, because the kiddies are going back to school. >:)

Perhaps because of the lingering insanity of the dream, I went to get my coffee and seriously considered putting pasta in it. XD Really, truly, for all of about 30 seconds, I was standing there looking at this pasta salad box and thinking 'Is that what I put in my coffee? I know the sugar is in some kind of container...' Oh, work is gonna be fun tonight.

Still, weekend for me once I'm through it.

Oh! Was coming home and noticed Fwooper sitting on the steps of Grandpa's house, and mentioned to Dad how big he was getting and that he'd started to really mature, rather than looking like a monstrously overgrown kitten. He did look very handsome for a minute, all serious hunter-tabby surveying his domain.

Of course, this illusion was promptly shattered when he noticed the 'food lady' and started with his wide-eyed bouncy feed-me talking meows argh!!! << I've noticed that apart from the frreaky extra toe on each of his front paws, there's a very odd quality to his voice, like an extra-vibrating sound that makes even his meows sound a little purr-like. ??? And when I did go out to feed him, I was holding the bowl up to get the food in (have to, otherwise he sticks his head under and it goes everywhere) and he stretched up and nearly caught it. Surprised me, and I'm looking at him and looking at the bowl, and it must have been about 3 1/2 feeet up. He has gotten big. ^^;

Why does Dad, who wouldn't let me keep Little One inside, keep bringing Fwooper in? << The cat's evil, that's why.
