spokeA tiny entry of bulletin points, in case I am unable to get back online later:
1. I couldn't get online until about 9:30ish, due to the fact that my router may be damaged. Completely unplugging everything and replugging seems to have helped for now, however: if it dies again I may end up having to call Comcast and arrange an appointment for the fixing thereof. So, if I vanish? I'll be right here, working on writing and spitting verbal abuse at the router. ;p
2. Work stupidity continues: this time with an upside! ...erm, sort of. Apparently it's perfectly okay for me to come in on my regular hours again, as the management-types are not really enforcing that go-by-the-schedule crap. At least about hours, I haven't asked about days off. I'll have to do that tonight. So, back to a solid 40 hours a week.
Except this week? When I'll be going in 9 to 7 and no days off, because they're letting us have overtime and I intend to get as much as I can. This should give me a nice cushion to fall on if the occasional noise when I start Elizabeth turns into another trip to the mechanic. Or, if that never turns into anything, there's always the insurance.
But I am going to be so sick of Wal-mart by the time this is over... must plan something nice to balance this out. x.x

Reading: Deathly Hallows, again
Playing: FF12, with an eye to getting all the Espers and Hunts. (I love Adrammelech. He's just cool.)
