spokeYesterday was awesome, because Chrono Trigger arrived and how have I managed without this game! How.
And if you haven't, why not! Get on that, it's awesome. (Says the time travel addict.)
I'm really surprised by how much of a difference the new translation makes. I kind of miss Frog's thees and thous, but it is a lot easier to take him seriously now that he's speaking formally. Properly, as opposed to sounding like Ye Olde Misguided Actor. :P
I still want to thwap him for running off after they rescue Leene, mostly because I know the Quest To Kick Frog Out Of His Emo is in the future. Dammit, Glenn, how does abandoning your charges to go sulk in the woods help anything.
Today will be awesome, because I got my 'character walks into a bar' assignment. Best. Possible. Result. Kidd Radd! :D :D :D
I have wanted to write something for this ever since I read it, but I could never come up with anything. And, and it works so well! In a kind of brain-breaky way. I mean... I'm going to have to discard all my tentative ideas, because that's just not how Kidd Radd works. GAH. XD
For anyone who has not read this, and it's a bit long but you can always bookmark right? Well worth it : Kidd Radd It is a wonderfully silly comic about video game characters escaping ROMs of their games to live on the Internets! With plot, but it takes a bit getting there. ♥
Oh, and do not skip things getting to the plot - there's little stuff relating to it even back at the beginning, because it was planned out like that.
