Going into work yesterday wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be. Nice and quiet without all the people there. Also, being insanely tired seems to warp my perception of time. Therefore, it felt like an hour after I got in that the managers/assorted higher up types started getting all panicky. It was all 'Ack! omg! The customers are coming in an hour, there are still Christmas signs up, get them down! Put up the sale signs! Gather all the Christmas stuff in one place! No wait, not the food things, two places then!

And we got to grab some things before leaving, you know, the half-off Christmas stuff? Which was nice, because I thought there wouldn't be anything I wanted except maybe some wrapping paper for next year. I found beautiful sparkly blue wrapping paper, and a Thomas Kinkade mug gift set, with an extra tall mug and some tea and cookies, and a stick of rock candy! I am saving it for when my weekend finally gets here. ^^;
