...second season's opening song has really grown on me.
The temple and the bells ringing.
Evil comes. Stupid petals. Stupid Kayura. :(
Kayura: "I've been looking for you all night long. I cannot believe you are Master Kaos. Master Kaos was destroyed by our lord, Master Arago. But you certainly do have a furious power. And you do not wish to serve the netherworld." Damn right he doesn't!

Rooftop
Kayura: "Why do you try to flee rather than fight, Kaos?"
Slight lowering of his head - she's surprised.
On the ground again, after she goes through the roof.
Kayura: "That skill.. ...is not what I expected from Master Kaos. Who the hell are you?"
Shuten: "I have been given the duty... ...to stop the foolish battles against the netherworld."
Kayura: "How ambitious. You basically want to bring down the netherworld. I cannot let you live. Feel the stardust of my Starlight Sword." How about you die instead? >:/
Shuten: "Stars shine only in the sky." Here, she grins, and I’ve never known what to make of this expression except that it's feral. "Stars that fall to earth never shine" ;_;
Kayura: "I want to see the power of your staff again." He braces "Prepare yourself for my ultimate sword!"
? Technique, she means? But she doesn't say the surekill, and the power doesn't act that way either... Anyway.
His shielding, and her reaction: "What- He's holding on! What incredible power!"
He retreats. She stares after, thinking: 'That was clearly Kaos' staff. I must report this to Master Arago.'
Waterfall.
Shuten: 'She was formidable. I didn't know Arago had someone like that under his control. Without this staff, I may not have made it. ' Looks to the waterfall. 'Does this mean my spirit has not transcended the spirit of battle? I am still not worthy of your great spirit. Kaos...'
But! :( You're not supposed to be a monk, supposed to be a warrior and - *sniffle*
Damnit missed Ryo and Touma. *rewinds*

Netherworld. Amounts to, Kayura and the Masho cannot decide if it's Kaos or not. Arago doesn't care.

It was a foolish past. My foolish life changed... ...when I met Kaos. The senseless battles that led to nothing.... The battles I fought wearing my armor... I abandoned everything.
