Happy Easter!

spoke9:00 - expected arrival of munchkin horde. zzzzzzzzzzzz
10ish. Actual arrival of munchkin horde! :D Who were amazingly quiet considering, and Nathaniel was telling me how old he is now, which got everyone else started on it. I could swear he said 7, but that doesn't seem right. ...On the other hand? He is maybe a foot shorter than me now. Same thing for Michelle. >> There is showing off of the new shoes :o ! And then.
The Dad comes through the front door.
And they start yelling 'Gran-pap-py!' in unison, and pretty soon they're jumping up and down in time with this yelling, and we're all kind of laughing while clueless. No one knows where they came up with this, though after a few minutes Sis told them to stop. I mean. The trailor was shaking.
And then the Munchkin Babble continues, with the running through the house and the asking of questions, and the watching of Aunty gaming - where I was informed that real slugs don't breathe fire. :x And Jonathan holded one once, it was nice, I shouldn't kill them! XD
And then the Easter Bunny was done hiding eggs, and it was time to go outside and hunt for them! YAY :D
Things I Learned During the Easter Egg Hunt:
1. Jonathan is really good at this.
2. Michelle cannot take hints. Jonathan can.
3. Ashlin is more interested in butterflies than eggs.
4. Nathaniel is competitive with Michelle in all things, therefore if Michelle has a sparkly egg, he must have a sparkly egg! And be heartbroken if he can't find one >.< I was so relieved when he found that.
5. My little yellow flowers are jasmine? According to the sis.
And then back inside because it was getting cloudy and they found all the eggs anyways. ^^ And the sharing of candy and - ! - they don't like the hard marshmallowy eggs! The old fashioned kind that we always liked, they don't! Oh the trauma and the insult. x.x But that's okay because they let us have the 'nasty' eggs. >:P
And there must have been a dozen other things that happened, like Ashlin actually staying in the room and babbling at me while the other 3 tried to sneak out to see the Easter Bunny hiding eggs. And I don't understand Ashlin-babble, but that's okay. She was friendly, where normally she is hiding behind Mommy and staring at the strange Aunty-person. ^^; Of course, when Mommy came in it was all *.* My Mommy *.* and I was dropped like a stuffed toy. XD
But I am still fairly sleepy from being up past noon for the second day in a row, so.
