Mar. 29th, 2004 07:37 pmDay before yesterday, I went out to my sister's house. Ended up staying there forever, even after we'd dragged in the box I went out there to give to her in the first place.
So I shouldn't have been surprised that I overslept that moring. << Afternoon for daytime peoples? Anyway, overslept. Woke up, almost immediately hit panic mode and was going to come online and try to get things done, but then I thought, heck with it. I need to do laundry, I can play video games while I'm waiting.
Yay Chrono Cross! ^^
...boo FF6, or more precisely the controller which won't let me use the river trick for building up. And I even bought a controller with turbo fire in the hopes that it would let me, but no go. :/
But Chrono Cross is fun!
And, I reached the end of Dorian Gray. Basil! ;_; *kicks Dorian*
Henry: *slaps* *...offers 'nother drink anyway* ^^;;;
Dorian: O.O *remains in shock*
Pretty sure there were other random things I meant to type, but - oh! Am continuing the project of slowly picking my room clean! How this works:
Step One: Pick one cleaning or organizing thing to do per weekend.
Step Two: Actually do said thing.
Repeat until room is clean or floor is sighted, whichever comes first? ^^;; Actually I have a desk! Really! I can tell it's there under stuff and I even figured part of the problem with it not getting used is it ...not getting used? << XD No there's a drawer I can't reach. Which means that I need to move this one rickety rattan shelf thing, so that I will be able to reach the drawer. Which means cleaning up the tiny bookshelf next to it and things, but I think I can do that?
Crossing my fingers here... Friday for me, and sooo tempted to call into work so I can start right now cleaning. Must squish temptation with the mantra 'Money is good. Money is used for food-and-stuff. Money is good...' >.
