'Ello.

My brain is fried. And I'm on vacation! ...I have ice cream cake! :)

There are many shiny things on my flist, and many stories I meant to catch up reading, and news-things I should read. (Although the gist of this is that Amazon sucks. >:/ )

But. Brain is fried. I should perhaps have a nap and then continue my attempt to stay up in the daytime like peoples on day shifts. >>

Also, I forgot to submit any prompts for springkink, dammit. x.x ...but I could go pick some, or even work on the ones I never finished from last round? <.<

The weather is all stormy here. I called my dad and found out a maple tree has been split by lightning over there, and their power is out. And it's blocking them from the mailbox and things. So, apparently I should expect a visit late today or maybe tomorrow so he can get the chainsaw from here to take care of that. Yiiikes.

Meanwhile, I could hear the incredibly annoying little brother-in-law yelling 'We're stranded!' in the background. This is possibly the first remotely amusing thing I've heard from him. :P

mrrr. Nap is definitely in order. Fie on schedules!
