One thing that is incredibly late :
Such of them as are worth sharing, anyway.
This is a zebra. The white covering the right of the screen is actually one of the poles of the enclosure.
This is a clearer shot of a zebra.
This is the only shot I could get of the cape buffalo. Which also contains a zebra, and is one of the few pictures where I just cut out the animals because you couldn't see them at all when I resized it.
Assorted. Some antelope, rhino and birds, none of whom are very clear.
An elephant! Also not so clear, and taken from the train ride around the zoo besides.
Cheetah. Second of the pictures I cut, and really it's hard to tell she's there. >.> It seemed like all the mammals were napping by the time we got there.
Except the anteater! Who would not stop pacing the side of the enclosure nearest to us? We figured he smelled some tasty insect and couldn't reach it. >.>
Cassowary! No, I didn't remember the name - I looked it up ^^
Say hi to the koala! Probably the best picture I got in terms of overall quality? I wish I knew how. XD
Capybara Were the only really comfortable animals in the zoo. Except the reptiles. But they have climate control. ....this made me want to go swimming.
Except for this guy. Who looked bored. Really, really bored. Could he get more bored? We did not stick around to find out. >.>
A bat. I take it back, the bats were really active too - I tried to catch one in flight, but it didn't work due to me not being fast enough. So I waited for someone to get a snack from thier fruit instead.
This is a snake. What kind, I don't remember.
This is the same snake. After he moved. >.>
This is a really evil looking turtle. I think they're called matama? This picture does not do justice to the spikey, evil-looking, bad assedness of this turtle. With the extra-long neck, so's he can get at you quicker. This is the turtle you don't want to meet in a dark alley. o.o;
Some random fish.
Froggie! My little blue hoppity froggies who are actually toxic, but do I care? No. They are frogs in my favorite color, and a very pretty mottled pattern at that. :D Again, this picture does not do justice - but it's the best shot I had. The rest were too small to be seen, and a couple of blue blurs.
Beaded lizard. He's off to hide from everyone, I guess? I don't remember. I do remember that at one point we watched all the reptiles in one of the Florida Wetlands exhibits head to the outdoors-area of thier own little enclosure - it was about to rain. ^^
Then there was the python. Swimming around and being wonderfully active. :D And then? The keeper came by and told us if we wanted to see it, he was about to feed it? If?! What 'if'? XD Snakes eating things is cool! And out of the many clickies, I got one where you can actually tell that's what's happening! As opposed to the many like this where you can see it is the python, but as for what he's doing, eh.
And I can hardly remember anything, I was so worn out from the heat and the being up and and @.@ I remember it was fun getting to talk with Lacey and point things out, even though I was kinda nervous. And I remember the lorikeet aviary was making me feel like Sleeping Beauty with the birds gathering about, only not - because really they were after my hair for thier nests. >.>; And that we couldn't see the meerkats because their place is being worked on. Waaah!
But it was cool anyway. I just wished my cats had been moving.
And one that is slightly early: a href="http:

Heeeey! :( Nobody wikes meee?
...giving rocks for a treat? Not a smart idea. *plots to use to best advantage* >:DThis would of course have nothing to do with why the results would come out like that in the first place.
