spokeomgomgomg.
So, I can now view dvds on my computer! Also I have installed PSP9, which it turns out did have the animation shop, only I apparently didn't install it the last time. >.>
And Dad came by, and helped me out with stuff, and caused me to regret asking for his help because he was talking like he still isn't 100% about him and Val. >.<
I'm really hoping this is his way of keeping the option of coming back here open? Like a security blanket?
Also he's raising the rent to $200 next month. x.x Joy. Although I do see his reasoning, considering he's paying the property taxes, etc.
I need a better job, or some way of earning extra income, which means I need to get off my butt, but I've been working on that. One thing I've noticed over the course of self-observation - the first time for doing anything is murder. And shouldn't be approached as anything but. Because if I let myself believe it's going to be or should be easy?
Utterly crushed. To the point of needing downtime to lick my wounds, mentally speaking. And why do that to myself when I can (and will) grit my teeth and continue with the slow and steady buildup of self esteem, etc., so I'll have the emotional fortitude to survive future disappointments.
On the other hand, since Dad got me utterly depressed-like? And I wa afraid that if I continued with setup stuff on my own and it didn't work I'd be so disappointed I wouldn't get anything else done tonight? I decided to go out to Barnes and Noble in the hopes that they might have the YGO #13.
*insert bell sound!* We have a winnner! :D
...omg. All my files are still on the old computer. I have to decide how/ when I shall get them transferred, and when I'll take the old computer to the sis - I must have time to hang around and help with anything where my assitance might be needed! I must enjoy the squee! ^^
And I'm just sitting here typing away and reflecting how nice and yet wierd the silence is - I have no music here! I need to bring my cd player out of my room. :P
