Hello, Dear Fic Cornerer!

Thank you writing for me, and I hope you enjoy it. Sorry this letter is just a bit late. In general, I like world building and happy endings, and found family. There are other likes, but they tend more to the darker end of the spectrum and I've just realized I picked all lighter ones this year.

So

Greenglass House Series - Kate Milford I love these books, and the larger world they're set in, the way everything is connected by universe if not directly and in person. If you've just read Greenglass House and the sequel, they're beautiful on their own, but having read Bluecrowne adds something to it, knowing where certain objects came from and why they ended up in the house. It's a bit Discworldish that way, although the time travel and the different settings means a lot of people will (probably?) never meet.

Still, I've got to wonder what else Addie might have seen over the years, as well as where she goes - and that's to say nothing of Doc Holystone, who had to have connections to the roamers. Or, really, what do Nora and Ben Pine think of all this, and how does Milo adjust, and do the kids ever get to see each other in different seasons?

Girls of Paper and Fire Series - Natasha Ngan Oh but it's such a beautiful world, and I love how the girls grow, separately and together, as they become closer. And really, I would love a quiet moment for them before they learn what's happened and it all becomes a whirlwind, but anything with them together would be wonderful, even if it's set before they leave.

Gunnerkrigg CourtAUGH KAT! When are you going to realize what you are?! Or at least what the robots think you are?! Just generally, AUGH and also SQUEE. I love the cosmology here, and the debates I've seen that, given what Coyote has said of his own coming into existence, Kat is basically becoming the god of machines. Love to bits and pieces and pieces of bits.

Also any scene in which Annie experiences something as Incredibly Complex and Mystical, and Kat says 'it's a dude in a rubber mask', and that to infinity when Kat does something she sees as turning a key in a lock and Annie's freaking out. Like, the degree to which they interact with the world differently is both awesome and hilarious.

Also surprised Annie hasn't worked out that Something's Up with Kat, but well. Annie. Bit self-centered sometimes, and it was even better/worse to recently have two of her reinforcing it. Girls! Bad Annies! :P

Also, I mean clearly we're in the Bad Timeline, but speculation fic about how the number of Annie is two when it's apparently supposed to be zero would also be very interesting.
