Very, very small.
Had to catch a cab home from work last night (which means this morning, actual time-wise, but it was the end of my shift ;p) and guess who the driver was?
A friend of the lady whose car was involved in my wreck. Turns out the jerk driving it was her boyfriend, who had indeed stolen it. He took her keys out of her purse.
She can't her insurance to pay for repairs because she wasn't driving; and her cab rides to and from work are averaging 28 dollars.

It sounds like she's having more grief from this, honestly, than I am. When I do have to get a cab, it's been like 8 or 9 dollars.
I don't think i'd feel right trying to go after her over this; let the state wring it out of the s.o.b boyfriend's hide.
Though I had to grin when he was telling me how angry she is at the jerk. Damn right she should be!
