spokeKaos. Battle For Life.
It's reunion with Kaos time! ^_^ Lot of it's very similar.
I love how they don't really believe it about Shuten until Kaos says so. ^^; Ijits.
Also. He specifically says - here: "To defeat Arago... ...it is those armors that you must win over."
You know, Kaos would be well within his rights to be all, 'What did I just say?!' ...he should've yelled at them more. I mean, he says this and they don't even care! It's not like they ever try!
*mimics Troopers* 'Oh, we want to win, but only if we do that by fighting!' >:p Gimmie a Trooper, Kaos, any Trooper! I'll slap some sense into him for you! ... ... ...if you do give me one, can I keep him? ^_^;
Kaos: "Wait! You must leave him with me. Shuten is human. As he has expressed antipathy towards Arago... ...we may be able to talk to him." By 'we', he means 'I' of course. <<
....how does he know that? About the 'antipathy'? O.o
Ryo: "B-But..."
Kaos: "I do not want to hand Shuten's armor back to Arago."
scene change, to the bridge
Kaos: "Shutendoji (full name -mustn't laugh ^^;)open your heart... ...and listen carefully to what I am about to say. You were about to be destroyed by your own master. Why?"
... when was this? Does he mean just as a consequence of the energy or that Arago was attempting murder? o.O And if so, when was this?
Shuten: "Arago and I have separate wills. My life has no consequence." ;_; Yes it does! "I cannot help that my life is under threat." hostile/defensive tone
Kaos: "Your life? More importantly... ...what Arago wants is the armor that you're wearing."
Shuten: "Wh - My armor?!" such shock
Kaos: "Yes. Your life is not a concern for him."
Jun and Naste in the trees...
Shuten: (softly, at first, then stronger) "Is there... Is there some kind of mystery to my armor?"
Kaos: "There is. The armors were created from human virtues." And the listening
oooh - the light! Hey! ;p no fleeing the light!
Shuten: "Wh - What are you .....?!" and the water "Wh- What's this ...?!"
Kaos's lines nearly the same but Shuten : "When I awoke... ...Arago was everything to me." Wondering tone.
Okay.. Yes, I see the slashyness between Arago's pouting/anger that he lost Shuten and this - but I don't want to acknowledge, so >:p
Tiny differences again, but the last line, Kaos: "Shuten, open your heart... ...and be transformed by your own will."
Meanwhile, in the castle, Arago is indeed focused on Shuten's armor, much to the disturbed-ness of the other Masho. Interesting that it is Naaza who asks if he's concerned about Shuten's personal fate, and Rajura, about the power - and so not missing one of the worst voiced lines in the dub. >:p pow-er.
Shuten reflecting... and: "Has my fate been controlled by Arago all this time? Did I swear my loyalty to the wrong master?"
Company!
Naaza: "Shuten!" Questioning...
Rajura: "We've come to get you!" Ordering.
Anubis: "All this way!" Slightest.... annoyance?
Shuten: "I appreciate that." Slight sarcasm.
Naaza: "Master Arago is waiting for you!"
Shuten: "I didn't say that I'd return."
Rajura: "Nani?!" Real shock, there.
Shuten: "Arago tried to kill me. He doesn't intend on using me!" Becoming angry.
Anubis: "Are you not going to submit to Master Arago?" Verrry calm. Too calm.
Shuten: "I'm saying I'm not returning to the castle! Just get out of here!" Perfunctory, giving orders voice. << Okay, it's a bit too late for that.
Nevermind it amuses Anubis, who ..chuckles? << then: "You think you can talk your way out of this? Master Arago said dead or alive! Here!" I don't think he's entirely happy with this, but - I'm missing the tone, I know I am.
No doubting Rajura, as there are no words, just an almost-growling sound.
And of course, Naaza... being me, I'm glad he wasn't sent alone - I would have hated him if he'd brought Shuten back dead.
Rajura: "How foolish of him to go against Master Arago's wishes." How regretful a tone he has... <<
Naaza: "Let's go!" By the tone, he must be awfully happy. << :p
Yay Touma! :D And Shin and Seiji, when they're behind Rajura -
Seiji: "Where're you looking?! Your opponents..."
Shin: "...are over here!"
Naaza: "So, you've crawled out, Samurai Troopers." Rather pleased.
Anubis: "We will take of Shuten." There should be an exclamation point, it's an emphatic/defensive tone... << read - Our Shuten, not yours, ours! XD I'm a goof, but I swear he sounds it!
Rajura: (laugh) "This Shuten may be a coward... ...but we can still use him." Soft mocking voice.
...okay, Ryo is very upset, there. I mean, O.o causing upset.
..oh. Shuten. Really, the same and yet not and -
Shit. ;_; Nooo!
Oh. Oh, see, here a big point where the dub screwed up - Touma is saying Shuten was taken, not that Shuten chose to go.
Still much the same here - even the joke about Shuu fighting better on a full stomach. "Not always!" he objects. ^^
Ryo, though - he clearly suspects Kaos is going to do somethingstupid not-good.

Arago: "Don't hold back! Once Kaos gets his hands on him, you'll be no match for him!" Angry.
Anubis: "My apologies, Master." ..for what?
Arago's lines, they're ...contemplating?
Shuten: "It's just my armor that you want, not me!"
Rajura: "How could you believe Kaos' lies?" Hurt.
Shuten: "It's the truth! And I will try to show you myself!"
Arago, still the same and then Shuten, much so...
Anubis: "Are you crazy?!"
Naaza: "Big talk from a traitor!"
Dungeon, and then Rajura and Naaza asking for the nether power. << Stupid!
And the guys...
Shuu: "Who cares if Shuten is there or not? The castle. We've got to get inside the castle... ...or we won't be able to defeat Arago!"
Rest of it, very similar - Ryo's worry, Jun's sleep being troubled.
Ha! Kaos tells Byakuen to watch over the guys.
Differences, but still... tug of war conversation over the armors.
