Huh. ^^ They don't try to translate his chant, but the words... and then, he's not talking when the virtues flash across the scene of his meditation.

Ryo: "We lost this battle. Do what you will with Kaos' armors."

Kaos saying goodbye - yeah Ryo? You're a hypocrite! How is it okay for you to quit but not him? How?! >:o
Arago's mocking... "Concerned about the safety of your friends, you have chosen your own death. You should be satisfied. You sacrificed yourself out of love for your friends... ...and have now been absorbed into my armor, after all!
Ryo: "What?!"
Arago: "Look! Your friends are here! You've dashed their expectations... ...and the bitterness they feel about having died for nothing... ...is growing into a hatred within me! It is this hatred that will give me greater power!"
Ryo: No! I was thinking about them when I chose not to fight! (No. You were thinking about yourself and how bad you would feel for having killed them and didn't listen when they told you not to feel bad and >:O !!!)
Arago: "Then you made an error, Rekka. Don't you agree? I'm grateful to you. For that weak spirited thinking of yours.
Ryo: "Was I wrong? Was I supposed to fight on for everybody? I was wrong! One more time... Let me fight one more time! :o :D His voice here - Now we're talking! Do it! *.*
Arago mocking again, laughing! (Like he knows what's coming. Ha!) "You must feel pathetic... And bitter. You can curse your helplessness. That bitterness and hatred... ...will give my armor even greater power!"
Ryo: "I can't le Arago get away with this. I must fight for everyone right now! I am a Samurai Trooper!
Who is finally about to kick ass!
Oh, and here we have the pulling the others out of it - :o : "Pursuit of the truth, faith in people... ... I fight for justice with grace! That is my way!"
