One thousand years ago... ...in the confusion of the Warring States Period... ...an enormous armored warrior appeared. (Armors as in Kaos' flashback) Calling himself the Emperor of Doom, he sought to conquer the world. However, he was defeated by another warrior of the time. That warrior had left the tainted armor behind... ...and had disappeared into the darkness. (Naste and Jun, then Troopers and Masho fighting) Now, in the present.... The armors that had been revived from the ancient legend... ...had split into good and evil. They were destined to battle each other... ...to determine the fate of the world.
Opening/recap before the second season. :o I'd never seen this. >:o ! Stupid people who did not show this! >:o

Naste - change in the armor: "Maybe we should call that power 'ultra-ballistic' power."
Got to bed Ryo! Dinner later! Tells Byakuen to take care and get better too. ^^ awww!
Roadside - oh! Again something which makes more sense - they were on a scouting mission, checking for signs of ~evil~.
Irony! Seiji says there are none, and Touma that they will check again tomorrow, just before Saranbo comes out. ^^; *points* Lookit! Irony!

...can I stand one and a half more episodes of this? XD I'm dying, help the corn! It shouldn't be able to carry over when I’m not used to the accents, it's scary! How can it be so corny it's crossing the language difference, help help! XD
...the term 'ballistic power' is going to get on my nerves.
But - Shuu, Shuu points out that Ryo won't listen to them about resting and staying out of it. Now you just know, if it were him, he wouldn't listen, either, so... *rolls eyes*
*mutters about hypocrisy born of over lapping personality traits*

...huh. They do notice his trick... I don't know if they see it in the dub? Can't be sure...

And, Saranbou continues in incredible classic-type stupidity - keep at the hero until he blows his lid and summons secret powers. ^^ ... Distinguishable from an intelligent villain’s manipulation by the lack of gloating. ;p
And yes, the idiot was trying to kill them - an unpleasant shock to see Ryo needed the others. x.x
