spokeGot shanghaied this morning by a munchkin visit. It was good to see the nephews and niece (Michelle was visiting the evil grandparents >:/ ) and see them running around.
It was hilarious that the little brother was reassuring them the cat was nice. I don't think he appreciates that those kids know Dusky-kitteh is as energetically nuts as they are. ^^
Otherwise... I've been feeling really drifty and out of it for a while, but the past couple of days I keep feeling some energy coming back. Keep wanting to do world building for Hourglass, so I may be uncommunicative even if I am online. A side effect of having energy for writing is that I want to get absolutely everything else done too - like laundry and downloading because I am suddenly sick of seeing these tapes sitting on the desk with my computer, I want them gone. I need to resist the temptation of getting easy things done, like online stuff that I can point and say 'Now I'm finished' and feel like I've done something, while the harder and more important stuff gets ignored to the point of angsting over it. ^^;;;
