you learn something new everyday-but sometimes it's something you should have realized before hand.

do not leave things that are in relatively thin plastic tubes (ie, orajel) in the same compartment of your purse as relatively sharp objects (ie, house keys).

this can only lead to aggravation and sticky, sticky hands. and wallets. and the book you may or may not have stuck in there to read on your lunch break. which may or may not be a library book. (shudders)

at least this one had a nice glossy cover.

and, while Neville did not want to help with his journal entry, i did get more out of him on the au. sort of. it occurs to me to ask why he's gathering the herbs with Snape, and not Professor Sprout. (hee-hugs IMS)

he clams up;not in a 'i don't know sense', but 'i don't want to talk about that'.

coax coax coax: she was one of the first to go down. her and the group of (first or second?) years she was teaching. they thought it was something in the greenhouse at first, but it turned out to be the lake; some sort of curse in/on the water. (blink) something rather vauge here about the Mer-people getting involved; but i don't know if they were affected or just angry that people were messing with thier lake.
