Jan. 18th, 2007 03:10 amWell, first goal for the weekend accomplished. Even if I was up until one in the afternoon from the stupid pms-induced insomnia. x.x
Night at the Museum, yay! ( That was a fun movie. )
After which I found my way to the Steak'n'Shake and had a delicious late breakfast/early lunch. And got lost on the way home, which ended up with my going over the detested and dangerous bridge - which won't be dangerous much longer. Only a couple of days ago, I was heading home from work with my work-friend, and we heard on NPR how they're going to be shutting it down first on one side and then the other to replace the grating, which was described as 'slippery when it rains'. At the same time:
Her: It's 'slippery' when it's dry!
Me: When it rains?! What -
And then we both had to laugh. I drove past where they've already shut down the first side, and all I can say is it took them long enough. x.x
Only now the extended exhaustion is really starting to catch up with me, and I think I'll just make some coffee and vegetate in FF12 for the rest of the night. Almost got everyone to level 30, my chosen level for plot-advancing! @.@
