Yesterday, on Spoke Annoys Us All With Her Camera!

Not to mention it has the company of every minty anything I had in the house. XD I'm addicted to that Nestle creamer behind the cup. Peppermint Mocha. Who needs to go out for coffee?! *_*
I love when she makes with the innocent, 'my paws are filthy, lemme just clean up here' routine. :P

This one is not so good? But I lucked up and caught the nearly invisible stripes in her fur. Pretty! ^^
Then I tried to move my siamese cat jewelry box to get a better picture of it (sometimes being dragged around antique/used stuff/junk stores with Mom would really, really pay off) and the batteries cut out. &$#@ - ahem. I am displeased with this development.
Thus, new batteries have been added to my shopping list, since I was dumb and didn't set the spares to recharge until the current ones had died. ^^;
My schedule this week is a wreck, it being Thanksgiving week. Tomorrow is my only day off; working Thursday is mandatory and Wednesday is voluntary - but it's either me, or S. And honestly? I'd like to take a rusty spoon to the eyes of certain members of management, because she is pregnant and has a bad medical history with previous pregnancies. They have differant problems, but it's kind of like my sister being pregnant all over again; you just know something is going to go wrong. x.x I would probably be more worried about this if it weren't for the fact that S. is very sensible (which is a different thing than practical ;p) and has let everyone know that she will quit this job if nescessary. She does have another, much better paying job too - she's only staying on here because she has bills that desperatly need to be caught up.
I almost wish she'd quit already, even though I'm going to miss her. :/
More cheerful things: In the course of planning to go out tomorrow and see Goblet of Fire, it occured to me that the Harry Potter movies are actually this odd little milestone for me. I can remember going to the theater for every one of them. Every one of them, I've been a little farther along as far as over-all progress goes. From my first attempt to find a job other than Wal-Mart (which didn't work out so well, but I'd tried) to coming back after the not-so-brillaint move to South Carolina, to driving myself there in my own car ( :D I need car pictures! ...I need to wash my car! XD ) to tomorrow, going there in my shiny outfit and with my digital camera. This is a little bit of an ego-boost, since it's been rightly pointed out to me that I tend to forget my successes. >.>; It's nice to realize all that, you know, and see that even though I haven't gotten as far as I'd like? I'm not as far behind as I tend to believe. ^.^
Plans are to try and take some bird-pictures when I get home. I'm just not sure I can manage to stay still enough. XD I haven't done this since I was little, and Grandma was there to make sure I didn't scare off her birds. Still. The attempt shall be made!
Waking up, some yard-pictures maybe? Then off to the mall, for pictures of that water fountain outside the food court, and trying to find a cd by this group called 'She Wants Revenge' (although I will order online somewhere if I have to) and maybe trying to get some poor Starbucks employee to take a picture of me. Because 1. they know me there, enough to know what I usually order. 2. I think the lighting will be better for it there, anyway.
Unless, you know. My nerve fails me completely. Picture of me? o.o;
