Alright! I have decided on my destination and everything. San Francisco, from which city I shall drive out to Yosemite at some point during my stay. ^_^

Question, if anyone knows - what's San Francisco's public transport like? I mean... should I just stick to that and rent a car when I'm ready to go to Yosemite, or would I be better off getting a car from the beginning?

I haven't a clue, but I can possibly email some CA relatives...some of them must live near there? Oakwood, anyone? Daly City? moo?^^
