Oh dear. Poor Balthier is talking like he can walk away from this mess. Poor silly man, listen to Fran there. The gods do not easily let go of those they toy with. ;p

These mines are a death trap, how can they make people work in here! It's crawling with zombies, quite probably former miners themselves and just. Ugh. o.o Kid's a lifesaver with his hi-potions.
Oh good lord. That is rather creepy, isn't it? What the heck is going on, with with Vayne and his little brother and it it?! @.@ It would figure the first guest to actually look after the others is on the other side... probably.
On the other hand, Fran thinks he'll be decent to Penelo, and Balthier... I have this feeling Balthier believes Fran can judge anything accurately and at a glance. heee ^^
ahahahahaha! oh nonono, our quest depends upon Vaan's ability to be a loud-mouth, and I? I am going to choke before I can finish this task because I can't help laughing everytime he says anything. He is that obviously faking. XD "I am Captain Basch Fon Ronsenburg!" "Basch lives!" With a fist raised in the air.
I'm betting the others let him do this because they didn't want to abandon their dignity.
Meanwhile, apparently Consul Vayne's family is raised to be just that charming. Damn, kid. XD
