spokeSo, after much goofing off with Hunts - I did like seeing Monid cleared of suspicions, though, I like him - it's off to the Ridorana Cataract.
Gorgeous. All heights and falling crystalline water and of course a rainbow. Ashe is still 'Gee, to strike out for homicidal revenge, or not?'
I have to love Reddas: "Then your war will be your own." Take that, Ashe! >:P
But, but Balthier. o.o Has told Vaan to take the Strahl if anything happens to him. o.o;;; Waaaaaiiii, I don't want anything to happen to him, goddamit Balthier don't do something heroic and stupid!! Vaan's the main character, let him be heroic and stupid! :(
...also, naming him inheritor of the Strahl does nothing to convince anyone that you have no apprentice, sparky. ;p
The Pharos at Ridorana. 'k, we have our swirling heavy Mist and all... and a giant zombie dragon. EW! I wish I hadn't imagined what that fight would actually be like, because just. EW!

And then Reddas, and the explosion. He destroyed it? It destroyed him. And everyone in Ivalice saw that light.
And it was like Fran thought we were gonna leave her there. No. Not happening, didn't happen, but damned if she wasn't acting like it. x.x
...oh dear lord, I didn't imagine it, he did say Bahamut!! Vayne has Bahamut! *_* ...erm wait that's bad.
Meanwhile, Al-Cid is as annoyingly amusing as ever. And Balthier's expression at the flirting! XD But dammit, why can't we see Al-Cid holding back the bloodthirsty Rozzarians (?) the way we could see developments in Archadia? *whines*
And now we all have our goals! Yay. Dude, Bahamut's gonna slaughter us. >.>
While going to visit Migelo, to see if he says anything new and to say goodbye in case we all get killed (because I am a dork like that) I notice this: the bangaa and the seeq talking about counting steps earlier in the game? Are now talking about counting revelers back from the fete. I don't know when he started this, but now the bangaa ends with: " 'course, he could be countin' the spoony bards, too. That would be another matter altogether."

Vayne is after his war and and Larsa standing there telling him off, in that completely polite way of his, and and Vayne can tell! XD Well of course he can, it's his little brother but still.

But, but oh now I know he was the one to kill his Dad, he all but confessed with his reaction to Balthier being in the battle that killed Cid. And I kept him out of that fight, dammit.
And now I see the swirling black funnel cloud that I've been wondering about since the beginning of the game! And oh, Ondore, you're screwed man. Archadia's going to slaughter you. :(
Then, then Balthier & Company to the rescue! :D Along with Larsa, as played by Vaan.

And I almost thought he had slipped out under Vayne's nose until "I've got her covered." Penelo was so right, he would not have said that. :P
..it's even worse that Ondore fell for it.
And now, now I have to find a save in Bahamut (whom I was really hoping was going to be a giant dragon, but I suppose The Most Dangerous Airship Ever will do) because I need sleep. Sleep, darnit!
...no, instead I shall just watch that really cool sequence again when I wake up. :D
