spokeI'm not dead, really. Maybe a more substatial real-life update tomorrow? If it doesn't depress the hell out of me. x.x
Meanwhile, have a massive and way overdue update on : Making my way towards the Tower, along the very odd Route 7. Walkways built above ground, and very tall rich grass, that give the impression this area might be underwater in rough weather.
Yamask evolved, yay! :D Now I have a Cofagrigus. "It has been said that they swallow those who get too close and turn them into mummies. They like to eat gold nuggets."
Errm. *keeps the new Cofagrigus away from the Bag, which has 2 Nuggets in*
Ooookay then. Continuing in the utterly random/weird things to say to start a battle, a Ranger just stopped me and said "It takes 20 or 30 years for a tree to grow! Will you have a Pokemon battle that's pleasing to the trees?"

Got to the top of the Tower, which is windy and cloudy and of course dark, what with my nighttime playing. Skyla is there and already rescued the Pokemon, hooray! (Why did I just go through all that? Besides getting my new Ghostie?)
But I got to ring a bell, whose sound convinced her of my good character, so now I get to have that Gym battle! (Oh wait, that's why. :p )
This is the most ridiculous Gym yet. You get around it by being shot out of cannons.
No, really. Shot out of freaking cannons. How does this not result in serious injury?!
But finally reaching Skyla, and thanks to Lexaeus and my trusty Zebstrika, an easy win! :D

Oooookay. So it used to be one Pokemon, who had twin trainers. And they made Unova, and everyone was happy! Yay! Until one day they had a fight (as must happen in a creation myth) and the Pokemon split in half, oh no! :/
The older brother sought truth, and the younger brother sought ideals - the black Dragon Zekrom went to the younger brother and the white Dragon Reshiram went to the elder.
Zekrom wants to make a better world, Reshiram to make a new world of good. And neither could win! So their Trainers decided it meant neither was right, and called it a truce.
But then their sons took it up again, and Zekrom and Reshiram destroyed each other. The end! .....errrrm, that was a bit random.
Also, they don't know how to help me wake up Reshiram. Dammit.
Also, Opelucid City is straaaange. Very science fictiony!

Ugh. Okay, not having the best weekend and it is slowing things up. On the other hand, Homestuck is brilliantly amusing. ♥
I was running around Route 9, trying to catch a Pawniard and leveling up my Cottonee. It won't evolve on its own though, it's a stone evolution - so I decided that since I discovered that on my own I could go ahead and 'cheat' and look at the learned moves to know when best to evolve it.
I am picky about stone evolutions, I'm raising an army here! And no matter how much or little I use them, all my Pokemons will be capable fighters!
At level 45 now, evolving at 46. And screw running around in the grass, I'm going to evolve him in the Gym!
The Dragon Gym. Which is going to be a nightmare.

Wow, it's been a while since I updated this. But things have been going well! Lots of levelling to do, because the Dragon Gym was a nightmare. But Cottonee evolved! Whimiscots are the cutest things. :D
Also evolved Mienfoo into Mianshao, who is fancy-looking now! But I miss Mienfoo and feel a little like a traitor for missing it. Also, Sewaddle through Swadloon and on to Leavanny - they're very elegant looking Grass/Bug types.
Also a few new captures. :D
...also also, Drayden from the Dragon Gym? The man's beard looks to be growing upwards, and has eaten his face. O.o
Now on to Route 10, which leads to Victory Road and the Pokemon League! And kicking Team Jerkass all over the field. >:D

Ugh, what is wrong with me. Aside from chronic lack of sleeps. Haven't been getting much done except levelling, and slowly trying to make my way through the maze that is Victory Road.

But the entrance is awesome - one themed Gate for each Badge, which makes them feel a little more worth it.

Also awesome, Bianca has been thinking about her future and maybe wants to be a model like Elesa, and maybe wants to research Pokemon like Juniper. To which I say, do both! No reason why you can't!
Also also, she does not feel Braig is undecided - she feels Braig is decided in the favor of people and Pokemon staying together, all opposite-like of Team Jerkass. *squishes her with much loving!*

Oh wow, this is an awesome bridge. It would scare the shit out of me to try walking this one. It's like grating over the top, all see-through, and what you can see is the traffic passing beneath you! Oooookay. So it used to be one Pokemon, who had twin trainers. And they made Unova, and everyone was happy! Yay! Until one day they had a fight (as must happen in a creation myth) and the Pokemon split in half, oh no! :/
The older brother sought truth, and the younger brother sought ideals - the black Dragon Zekrom went to the younger brother and the white Dragon Reshiram went to the elder.
Zekrom wants to make a better world, Reshiram to make a new world of good. And neither could win! So their Trainers decided it meant neither was right, and called it a truce.
But then their sons took it up again, and Zekrom and Reshiram destroyed each other. The end! .....errrrm, that was a bit random.
Also, they don't know how to help me wake up Reshiram. Dammit.
Also, Opelucid City is straaaange. Very science fictiony!

Ugh. Okay, not having the best weekend and it is slowing things up. On the other hand, Homestuck is brilliantly amusing. ♥
I was running around Route 9, trying to catch a Pawniard and leveling up my Cottonee. It won't evolve on its own though, it's a stone evolution - so I decided that since I discovered that on my own I could go ahead and 'cheat' and look at the learned moves to know when best to evolve it.
I am picky about stone evolutions, I'm raising an army here! And no matter how much or little I use them, all my Pokemons will be capable fighters!
At level 45 now, evolving at 46. And screw running around in the grass, I'm going to evolve him in the Gym!
The Dragon Gym. Which is going to be a nightmare.

Wow, it's been a while since I updated this. But things have been going well! Lots of levelling to do, because the Dragon Gym was a nightmare. But Cottonee evolved! Whimiscots are the cutest things. :D
Also evolved Mienfoo into Mianshao, who is fancy-looking now! But I miss Mienfoo and feel a little like a traitor for missing it. Also, Sewaddle through Swadloon and on to Leavanny - they're very elegant looking Grass/Bug types.
Also a few new captures. :D
...also also, Drayden from the Dragon Gym? The man's beard looks to be growing upwards, and has eaten his face. O.o
Now on to Route 10, which leads to Victory Road and the Pokemon League! And kicking Team Jerkass all over the field. >:D

Ugh, what is wrong with me. Aside from chronic lack of sleeps. Haven't been getting much done except levelling, and slowly trying to make my way through the maze that is Victory Road.
Seriously, what the hell Victory Road.
But the entrance is awesome - one themed Gate for each Badge, which makes them feel a little more worth it.
And then, while goofing off trying to figure out this mess, I started to run into the Victory Road pokemons.

So, after calming down about Winter, training continues! I have now put some serious thought into my team for taking on the Elite Four, and have put my evolution-training aside in favor of getting them ready.
Even though evolution is the best.
And I miss seeing it. :(

And now Saix is a Chandelure, final evolution via Dusk Stone. It's a giant chandelier that roams about burning a spirit for fuel. :o \o/
But I don't like Daycare! I only use it when I want an egg, or for Ditto. I forget about them and feel bad! Also you can't pick their moves that way. :/

Still trying to see which game(s) I can use to breed a Sneasel with False Swipe (it's just such a nifty move, and perfect for catching lower-level kiddos, though I am also a fan of Sleep Powder and Hypnosis!)...I imagine that Pokemon with Egg moves really out of the ballpark for their types might have different colorings when they hatch...like a dark *green* and white Sneasel, instead of the typical black and white w/that pink feather-ear? Of course, a Pikachu with Dark/Psychic moves would be black with yellow or even white stripes--and maybe, in the case of a Dark-move knowing kid, the same glowing eyes of an Umbreon.
